This is the privacy statement of EG Veranda B.V., a private limited company with a standard structure, hereinafter referred to as: EG Veranda. EG Veranda is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 75978008 and is located at Hoppenkuil 17 (5626DD) in Eindhoven. This document explains how EG Veranda handles the processing of your personal data. EG Veranda exercises the utmost care when processing your personal data.

Collection of personal data:

If you use the services of EG Veranda, you will provide certain personal data to EG Veranda yourself, or your personal data will be obtained within the framework of the agreement. Personal data is defined as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

The personal data processed by EG Veranda is intended to:

  • contact you to inform you about the services you have purchased and their delivery;
  • enable the company to provide its services;

Necessity of processing

All (obtained) personal data will not be retained for longer than is strictly necessary.

EG Veranda takes the protection of your personal data seriously and, in this regard, taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation, as well as the nature, scope, context and the purposes of the processing, as well as the risks of varying likelihood and severity to the rights and freedoms of individuals, appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.

EG Veranda shall cease processing the personal data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, freedoms and rights of the data subject relating to the exercise, establishment or defence of legal claims.

If you have a complaint about the way in which EG Veranda handles your personal data, or wish to exercise any of the above rights, you can contact us via the website or by email at . To ensure that you wish to exercise a right, EG Veranda asks you to send a copy of your ID. You may black out your passport photo and MRZ (the strip of numbers at the bottom) to protect your privacy. EG Veranda will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than within 4 weeks. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
